Synopsis:

Jesus Christ Superstar traces the last seven days of Christ as seen through the eyes of the traitorous and jealous Judas Iscariot. Judas fears that the compassionate movement led by Jesus has become a personality cult with many of Jesus' statements being adopted and twisted by his followers and disciples. What is worse, Jesus is being hailed as the Messiah.

Jesus must be stopped, at any cost.

This rock-opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice is a classic tale of jealousy, compassion, redemption and ultimately devastation.
